Varsity Huskies Dominate at Nike Tournament of Champions

 

The Varsity Huskies delivered a flawless performance at the Nike Tournament of Champions, finishing with a perfect 7-0 record and capturing 1st Place in the event.

 

The team showcased exceptional skill, resilience, and teamwork throughout the tournament. Their undefeated run included several standout victories that highlighted their growth and determination this season.

 

Tournament Highlights:

• Day One: The Huskies defeated Xavier College Prep, Arizona’s top-ranked team, handing them their first in-state loss of the season.
• Day Two: They avenged an earlier season loss by overcoming Sunrise Mountain in a hard-fought rematch.
• One of the most impressive wins came against Mater Dei (CA)—widely regarded as the top high school team in the nation.
