Varsity Volleyball Shines at Rise n' Roar Classic

The varsity volleyball team had an impressive showing at the Rise n' Roar Classic this past weekend, earning 3rd place in the Gold Bracket after two days of intense competition.

Day 1 Highlights: The team went 2-1 in pool play, securing wins against Chandler and Canyon View. They faced a tough challenge against Sandra Day O'Connor, falling in a close three-set match (21-25, 25-21, 10-15).

Day 2 Highlights: In the cross-pool match, the team defeated Sunrise Mountain in straight sets to advance to the Gold Bracket. They battled hard in the semifinals against Corona del Sol, narrowly losing in three sets (20-25, 25-23, 13-15). The team bounced back with a strong performance in the consolation match, defeating Centennial to claim 3rd place overall.
