Hi, I’m Coach Cori, the Freshman Head Coach. I was born and raised in Arizona and grew up in the Northwest Valley. Volleyball has always been a major part of my life—I played throughout my childhood and all through high school, and I’ve carried that love for the game into my coaching career. While I enjoy every aspect of volleyball, my greatest passion lies in coaching and being a part of each athlete’s journey. Watching players grow not only in skill but also in confidence and character is the most rewarding part of what I do. I take pride in teaching strong fundamentals, emphasizing volleyball IQ, and building a positive team culture. My philosophy is centered around developing athletes who are disciplined, motivated, and respectful—both on the court and in everyday life. This will be my second year coaching high school volleyball, and I recently completed my fourth year coaching club volleyball. Each season brings new challenges, new goals, and new opportunities to grow—both for me and my athletes. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy staying active; running, hiking, golfing—and I’m often working, attending school, or planning the next game or practice outline. Coaching is truly my passion, and I dedicate countless hours to being the best coach I can be for my athletes. I am honored and proud to be a part of the Horizon program. Go Huskies!
